What is your Alpharetta address?

What are the age requirements?

We start at age 3-11yrs. However, it depends on the maturity of the child. We have serviced kids from 1-11.

Can we bring in food?

Yes, you are able to bring in food for parents or extra snacks. Level 2 and up.

Can we invite other family members?

You can invite additional family members to the party. However, when it comes to kids we rather only have kids that are invited unless it's the little sisters or brothers or siblings.

Can we bring cake:

yes, even though your party may come with cupcakes you can bring cake. Please make sure that you bring everything needed for the cake. cake cutter, plates, forks. We only serve finger foods. So we don't stock extra.

What is your cancellation policy:

If you cancel within 24hrs. of booking, there will only be a 20% charge. If after 24hrs. we are not able to refund if you block our schedule and we aren't able to book anyone for that time. However, we will be glad to reschedule you one time within 30 days of the date.

If al the giels in party dont attend , will I get a refund?

Unfortunately, no. You are buying time at Spallywood Kidz.

Can I reschedule if my daughter or I get sick?

You get 1 reschedule within 7 days of your party, otherwise you will forfeit your deposit.
